"You are a child of the Universe. No less than the trees and the stars; you have a right to be here. And whether or not it is clear to you, no doubt the Universe is unfolding as it should." - Max Ehrmann © 1927
"I believe a rising tide raises all ships, and that belief shapes how I move through the world."
Hi! I'm Clinton Kyles, CMT. Wellness, to me, is a stewardship. It is the responsibility to elevate standards, expand awareness, and create environments where people feel safe enough to grow and heal. My work is grounded in the understanding that when one person reconnects to themselves, it creates ripple effects far beyond the treatment room.
I was raised in coastal Georgia, shaped by Southern warmth, deep respect for self, and a quiet connection to nature. Long before I entered the wellness industry, I spent more than a decade performing professionally in dance and circus arts. On stage, I learned discipline, adaptability, and the power of presence. I learned that bodies communicate long before words do, and that movement carries both strength and story. That foundation continues to guide my work today.
I am drawn to mastery — not perfection, but refinement. The steady evolution of skill, awareness, and leadership. Over time, my path expanded from performer to practitioner, and from practitioner to educator and systems builder within the wellness space. I care deeply about raising professional standards, advancing inclusive education, and contributing to a more sustainable future for this industry.
At my core, I remain a student of movement, of people, and of possibility. I value clarity, integrity, and intentional growth. Whether through art, leadership, or care, my aim is simple: to leave what I touch stronger, more aligned, and more capable than before.
My bodywork is rooted in movement intelligence and nervous system awareness. Each session is designed with intention, blending clinical precision with fluid responsiveness to meet the body exactly where it is. I draw from kinesiology, fascial mapping, performance-based recovery, and rehabilitation principles to create treatments that restore alignment, improve mobility, and support long-term structural integrity.
My background in professional dance and circus arts deeply informs my work. I understand the demands placed on high-performing bodies — the subtle imbalances, compensation patterns, and repetitive strain that often go unnoticed until they become pain. As such, sessions are collaborative and highly adaptive. Assessment informs touch. Breath guides pacing. Pressure is intentional, never arbitrary. Whether working with athletes refining performance, creatives navigating chronic tension, or individuals seeking relief from injury and daily stress, my goal is to help the body reorganize with clarity and resilience.
Over the years, I have built a loyal clientele that includes professional athletes, performers, executives, and everyday individuals committed to caring for their bodies. My work prioritizes measurable improvement in mobility, pain reduction, recovery time, and overall functional strength.
In short: Move Better. Recover Smarter. Live Aligned.
